What PNC Asks from Our Participants and Families

Ok, so let’s do some real talk. This journey is will not always be a straight path. Based on our team's experience, the SDP process in the system is often inequitable, and you may encounter several confusing barriers during this transition. But know this: we are your advocates now, and we are going to do what needs to be done to get you the support and services you need!

In order to ease some of these barriers, PNC will be asking you to:

  • Read and sign our Service Agreement. The agreement will specify the business's practices and formally designate you as a client.

  • Be honest and transparent with us. Share your feelings, beliefs, hopes, dreams, and goals. Our team will put all this information together and share ONLY what the regional center NEEDS to know!

  • To agree on what will be discussed with the regional center before meeting with them.

  • Follow the plan and Talking Points that PNC provides.

  • Come to us with any questions you have about the process. Participants hire us to give clarity, and we have no reason to be unclear. We always want you to have the correct information!
